Tommy Alexander - Founder & CEO

We’re a diverse team that’s proud to bring our lived experiences to our work every day. As individuals, we’re specialists in technology and black culture, strategy and business as a collective, we’re passionate about people, community: what they want, what they need, and what they care about.

Tommy is the founder and CEO of Bronzeville IT Academy, LLC with over 15 years of experience in Sales, IT Business Development and Banking. The Bronzeville vision is, above all, black people-centered: focused on improving the lives of people in the communities it serves, whether through extensive DNA talent assessment work, virtual information technology training and pre-post clinical psychology assessments. As a business owner, Tommy is willing and able to execute aggressive business development initiatives, with a genuine interest in learning about his clients organization and providing quality solutions: Tommy works together with companies small and large, public and private to build and implement strategies to support diverse, inclusive and equitable workplaces for black people and the communities they serve.
